What's so great about Hiptäge fundraisers?

Hiptäge fundraisers are awesome because our store is filled with unique products for everyone! Whether your Supporters are looking for a gift for themselves, or for someone else, they are sure to find many products to support your good cause.

 

Which products can our supporters buy?

We share profits on every product in the store. This means that no matter which products your Supporter buys, you will earn a share of the profits.

 

What types of products do you carry?

We carry Tees, Hoodies, Pet Bandanas, Fanny Packs, Tote Bags, Mugs, Drinkware, and Accessory Pouches. We also offer home decor items such as pillows, blankets, towels, and table linens just to name a few.

 

What is the profit margin that you share?

We share 70% of the overall profits from your campaign. We have tips to help increase shopping cart checkouts to help you optimize your fundraiser proceeds.

 

How much money can we expect to raise?

The amount of funds you'll raise depends on several factors. The two biggest contributors to a successful fundraiser are; the amount of active and engaged followers you have on your social media channels and the effectiveness of your communications to those Supporters. Our Fundraising Guide will help you get the most out of your fundraising campaigns.

 

Will you help us promote our fundraiser?

Yes, we will provide content creation images, ad copy, and text in an easy-to-copy/paste format to help you promote your fundraiser effectively.

 

Can you put our logo on your products?

Yes! If you have your logo in .Ai format we can apply it to many of our products at no charge. If your logo is not available in .Ai format we will first need to digitize it for you. We do not like to charge for this, however, depending on the complexity of your logo (man hours on our end) we may need to charge a modest fee to get your logo ready for product printing. The .Ai file will be shared with you so you'll have your original logo for future needs such as website, print ad, business cards, etc. 

 

Will our logo products be available to purchase year round, even after our fundraisers have finished? 

This is up to you. Some organizations like to have the option of purchasing their logo products year round. That way as new Volunteers come on board they can gear up. And current Volunteers who already have gear can buy new colors and different items. 

 

What if we don't have a logo?

If you are in need of new logo creation we offer modest rates for logo design. If you are interested in speaking with one of our designers please click here.

 

What if our logo needs an update?

We can help! If you have your logo in .Ai format we can make adjustments to spruce it up. If you do not have your logoin an .Ai or workable format we will need to redraw the logo from scratch. We do not like to charge for this, however, depending on the complexity of your logo we may need to charge a modest fee to get your logo ready for product printing. How will you know which orders are generated by our Supporters?

We will generate a personalized Promo Code specifically for you. This Promo Code will give your Supporters a 10% discount off their purchase, and shows us which fundraiser generated the order.

 

What if someone forgets to use our Promo Code?

It is rare that someone forgets to use their Promo Code, but when that does occur we contact the customer to ask which campaign they intended to support. This ensures the funds are allocated to the campaign the buyer wished to support.

 

Who handles exchanges or refunds?

We handle all customer service with real, friendly, people, in real time. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If a customer isn't happy with their purchase for any reason, we will make it right, or refund their money.

 

How long should our fundraiser last?

We have found that fundraisers work best in a 2 to 3 week time span. 

 

How often can we fundraise with Hiptäge?

Fundraisers with Hiptäge work best when you host them 2 or 3 times per year. Holding a fundraiser prior to the summer and winter seasons when consumers are looking for new summer Tees and fall Hoodies is a great way to have your supporters sporting your logo throughout the seasons. We continually add new products to our store so your Supporters will look forward to your Hiptäge fundraisers year after year.
